Data collected through the contact form
When you use the form, I collect your name, your email address and, if you provide them, your website address, your budget, the services you’re interested in and your message.
- Purpose: to answer your request and, where relevant, prepare a quote.
- Legal basis: your consent (checkbox) and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- Recipient: me only. Messages are stored on the site’s server and forwarded by email.
- Retention period: 3 years from our last exchange, unless a contract requires longer.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics tools. Only technical cookies are used to run the site’s admin area. YouTube videos load from the youtube-nocookie.com domain only if you click to play them. Your language choice (French or English) is remembered in your browser’s local storage and is never sent to the server.
Security
To protect the site against attacks, a firewall temporarily records some technical information, such as visitors’ IP addresses.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@medamineweb.com. If you live in the European Union, you can also complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or to the data protection authority in your country.
